1L filtered water, room temperature

4-5 tbsp chia seeds

2cm sliced ginger

5cm sliced cucumber

Combine ingredients in a jug, stir, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Stir before serving for a refreshing, energy-boosting drink.
